In addition, ElasoFloor-RP is durable enough to hold other non-sport related events such as meetings, church services and dances.

Unlike many other urethane systems on the market, Surface America's ElastoFloor-RP System is mercury and lead free. These elements are highly hazardous and can cause many problems, including costly disposal when the surface is eventually repaired.

Wear Coat
  • Top coat and line paint colors per above.
  • 2-part urethane designed for wear coating indoor elastic surfaces.
  • Packaged in part A / part B kits and drum packaging.
Seal Coat
  • 2-part urethane designed to seal porous rubber mats.
Basemat Rolls
  • Provided in 59" wide x 82" long rolls.
  • Thickness range is 4mm to 14mm depending on performance specifications.
Adhesive
  • 2-part urethane designed to adhere prefabricated basemat rolls to concrete, wood and asphalt.
  • Packaged in part A / part B kits.

FULL-POUR ONLY

Poured Basemat-Wear Coat
  • Top coat and line paint colors per above.
  • Typically poured in 3/8" (10mm) total thickness. Thickness can vary to meet the specification.
  • Seamless basemat poured in 2 lifts. First lift is typically 6mm to 7mm thick of a 2-part urethane/SBR granule mix. Content of SBR is optional … can range from 0 to 25% of first lift. Second lift is 3 to 4 mm thick of 2-part urethane only.
  • Urethane packaged in part A / part B pails, drums or totes based on project size.
  • Rubber granules packaged in 50 or 55 lb bags.
